Written down together before anything is built.
03Build.
CID runs on your hardware or in your cloud accounts, so your data stays with you. We train the first model on your data.
04Evaluation.
Against the criteria from step 2. You see the results and the record.
05Decision.
A clear go or no-go. If it works, we move to a pilot toward production. If not, you keep what was built.
