02Success criteria.
Written down together before anything is built.
03Build.
The platform runs in your cloud accounts; your data never touches ours. We train the first model on your data.
04Evaluation.
Against the criteria from step 2. You see the results and the record.
05Decision.
A clear go or no-go. If it works, we move to a pilot toward production. If not, you keep what was built.
A working first model in four to six weeks. A production rollout in eight to twelve weeks.
